Plainly stated

Every home we manage is someone's home, and most sit in residential neighborhoods. These rules apply across our homes; each listing carries the specifics for that property.

Minimum age

The minimum age of the primary renter varies by home and is shown on each listing.

Occupancy

Each listing states the maximum occupancy for that home, and it applies for the full stay.

Parties and events

Our homes are not party venues. Events are not permitted unless a listing specifically allows them.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours follow each city's short-term rental ordinance. Outdoor sound carries in the desert, so please keep evenings neighborly.

Pets

Pet policies are set per home. Pet-friendly listings say so, and a pet fee applies; see the pet policy page for how it works.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our homes.
