Three markets, one local team
We manage vacation homes in three parts of the desert, and they make genuinely different trips. Palm Springs is the social one: walkable, midcentury, built around backyard pools. Palm Desert & La Quinta is the unhurried one: golf-course communities, bigger lots, and the towns that host the spring festivals. Joshua Tree & the High Desert is the wild one: boulder fields, dark skies, and homes chosen for the view. All three are managed from our office on North Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs.
The original desert resort town. Midcentury homes with backyard pools, a walkable downtown of restaurants and galleries, and a busy season calendar. Suits couples, design lovers, and groups who like being close to town.
Stay in Palm Springs →The quieter side of the valley. Golf-course communities, larger lots, resort-scale pools, and the shops and restaurants of El Paseo. This is also the end of the valley that hosts the big spring music festivals. Suits families, golf trips, and longer winter stays.
Stay in Palm Desert & La Quinta →High-desert homes near Joshua Tree National Park. The draws are boulder fields, dark night skies, and genuine quiet; homes here trade walkability for space and the view. Suits hikers, climbers, and anyone who wants slow mornings.
