Our reservations team works out of the same building as our housekeepers and maintenance crew, so the person you talk to can answer real questions about the home you are considering.

Many of our homes welcome pets. Pet-friendly homes charge a per-home pet fee, and a few do not allow pets at all, so check the listing for the home you like, or call us and we will point you to the right ones.
Most of our homes have a private pool, and many add a spa. Pool heating is available at most homes in the cooler months; details vary home to home, so if a warm pool matters to your trip, ask before you book and we will confirm.
Very. From June through September, daytime highs regularly top 100 degrees. That is also when nightly rates are lowest and the pool earns its keep: mornings and evenings outside, midday in the water or the air conditioning. If you want the desert at its calmest and its best value, summer is it.
Yes. Every city in our area sets its own short-term rental rules, and we manage permitting and compliance for each home according to its city's requirements, including occupancy limits and quiet hours where they apply.
