FAQ
These are the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, our local team is a phone call away.
Booking direct means working with the local team that actually manages the home. You see the full quote, with rent, fees, and taxes itemized, before you pay, and you can ask us anything about a home before you commit. During your stay, you already know who to call.
Yes. Our homes have a two-night minimum. Some homes and dates carry longer minimums, and availability will reflect that when you search your dates.
Times vary by home. Your exact check-in and check-out times are confirmed in the arrival email we send before your stay.
Many of our homes welcome dogs. Pet policies are set home by home, and a pet fee applies for pet-friendly stays. Each listing tells you where a home stands, and you can filter for pet-friendly homes when you search.
Pools, spas, and other amenities vary by home. Each listing spells out exactly what the home offers, so check the amenities list for any home you are considering.
Hot. Desert summers regularly top 100 degrees during the day, and we will not pretend otherwise. Summer guests plan around it: mornings and evenings outside, pool time and air conditioning in the afternoon. Hiking and the mountains are at their best in the cooler months.
Cancellation terms vary by home and by dates. The exact policy for your stay is shown before you pay and again in your confirmation email. For the full picture, see the cancellation policy page.
The cities we operate in regulate short-term rentals, and we manage each home to comply with its city's rules, including permitting where the city requires it.
Damage protection and deposit requirements are set per home. Whatever applies to your stay is itemized and shown at checkout, before you pay.
